Lifesaving Sport incorporates lifesaving skills in race format.
Activities range from life saving training, education and sport in addition to opportunities for personal development and leadership.
During summer months, training occurs on Portmarnock beach. During winter months, training takes place in Balrothery pool.
Competitors compete in several age categories: Nippers 8-14, Juniors 14-18, Seniors 16+, Masters 30+
